CBP announces March recruitment events


WASHINGTON — U.S. Customs and Border Protection is recruiting throughout the United States for positions across the agency and will host five virtual recruitment events during the month of March.

A career with CBP offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on national security, by playing a crucial role in interdicting illicit narcotics, combating human smuggling, and preventing dangerous individuals from entering the country between ports of entry. CBP officers also secure legitimate trade and travel, which is vital for the economic security of the United States.

Registration is now open for the following events, where participants will learn about the wide range of careers CBP offers and hear directly from officers and agents about their work and duty locations:

CBP offers comprehensive training, competitive pay, and robust benefits, fostering an environment of continuous learning and career advancement. New CBP officers and agents may be eligible for up to $60,000 in incentive payments for certain locations.
